konektrTerms of Service
These terms govern your use of Konektr, including the website konektr.io and the service at app.konektr.io. By signing in or using Konektr you agree to them. If you use Konektr for a company or client, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on their behalf.
1. The service
Konektr connects the services you choose (such as Google Search Console, Analytics, Ads and Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, ad platforms and online stores) to Claude or ChatGPT and to dashboards in the Konektr portal, so that you and your team can read reports and, with approval, make changes. Konektr is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, TikTok, Microsoft, Shopify, Amazon, Anthropic or OpenAI.
2. Accounts and access
- You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
- Access is by invitation. Business owners decide who can see each business and in which role (owner, manager or viewer).
- You may only connect Google logins and accounts that you are authorised to use, and you are responsible for switching off accounts that do not belong to a business.
3. Changes to your connected accounts
Some features change things in your connected accounts, for example replying to a review or comment, publishing a post or pin, submitting a sitemap, pausing a campaign, changing a budget or adding negative keywords. Every such change is shown as a preview and only runs after a person approves it. You are responsible for the changes you approve. Budget guardrails reduce risk but are not a guarantee against loss, and you remain responsible for your advertising spend and any charges from the platforms.
4. AI output
The AI assistant may summarise or interpret your data, and AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check important figures and recommendations before you rely on them or act on them.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Konektr to access data you are not authorised to access, to break the terms of Google, Anthropic or OpenAI or policies, to send spam or misleading content, or to interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend access that puts the service, other users or connected accounts at risk.
6. Third-party services
Your use of Google and the other connected platforms is governed by their own terms, and your use of Claude or ChatGPT by your agreement with Anthropic or OpenAI. Konektr is not responsible for the availability, changes or limits of those services, including API quotas and access approvals.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including our commitment to the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
8. Fees
If paid plans are introduced, prices and terms will be shown before you are charged. Nothing is charged without your agreement.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Konektr available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may update features or these terms; if a change is significant we will tell account owners before it takes effect.
10. Disclaimer and liability
Konektr is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Konektr in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.
11. Ending use
You can stop using Konektr at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as liability) survive termination.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Dubai.
