Start with a business workspace, then follow the connection method for your source. Never send passwords, API keys or client secrets in support messages.
Open Konektr and sign in with Google or your Konektr account.
Create a project for the business or client. Use separate projects for separate businesses.
Open Connections, choose the platform and complete the provider’s consent or key setup.
Review discovered accounts and enable the ones that belong in the workspace.
Open reports or Report Studio. Check the reporting period and source availability.
Invite teammates with the access they need. Use Actions for supported reads and approved changes.
WordPress
Connect your own site credentials.
Use the HTTPS URL of your WordPress site.
In WordPress, open Users → Profile and locate Application Passwords. A security plugin may disable this feature.
Create a revocable Application Password named Konektr, using a user with only the permissions you need.
In your Konektr business, open Connections → WordPress and enter the site URL, username and Application Password directly into the secure form.
Verify the connection and read the content inventory before previewing a change.
Use an Application Password rather than your normal login password. To disconnect, revoke it in WordPress and remove the connection in Konektr. WordPress.com/Jetpack authorization follows a separate flow and requires a supported connected site.
WooCommerce
Authorize each store separately.
Confirm the store uses HTTPS and WooCommerce’s authenticated REST API is accessible.
Open Connections → WooCommerce in the correct Konektr workspace and enter the store URL.
Review the store’s authorization screen and the requested access. Approve only the access you intend to grant.
Return to Konektr, verify the connection and review available reports and records.
Read-only access cannot perform product edits. Supported writes require write consent plus a Konektr preview and explicit approval.
Customers authorize their own store. Revoke the Konektr API key under WooCommerce settings when disconnecting. Real-store reporting and management verification remains pending in our current release.
Troubleshooting
Resolve the connection before retrying.
The connector shows unavailable.
Check Features & access for missing app credentials, provider approval or account permissions. Repeating authorization will not fix a provider review blocker.
I cannot see an account.
Check that you are in the correct business, the connection has the required scope, and the discovered account is enabled. Ask the business owner to check your role.
A report failed or expired.
Reconnect if the portal requests fresh consent. Include the platform name and a sanitized error when asking support; never include token URLs or secrets.
